When five inseparable friends—a lawyer, a real estate agent, a teacher, an artist, and a librarian—pool their savings for the perfect house on Hillside Road, they think they've found a communal dream. But the house is already playing a deadly game.

It offers them gifts: everything their hearts desire, confirming their luck is too good to be true. But the house demands its payment. It doesn't want money; it wants their souls. It goes straight to the core of their personalities, turning their greatest dreams into horrifying nightmares.

One by one, the house strips them of who they are. As the gifts vanish, the friends face fallout that feeds the curse to its core. With one friend already lost, Daniel Flynn must lead the final charge.

If they don't solve the mystery of the house's original contract and fight for their shared humanity, they will become the next permanent installment in the house's eternal darkness.
