The Future for the Grosjean Press

I enjoy these little moments like viewing into a window of a house that's still being built. Life is kind of like that; a person is always growing and moving forward. I've officially been using my real name as my author identity for one year now, which means it's time for a change. I'm always changing, evolving so to speak. I think all authors are.
I love that I get to do that. During the last few years, I've been trying hard to be a better author, a better marketer, or better "everything" within the writing community. But I've been lacking one thing that I think can make a difference. I have fun writing my stories. I've learned to have fun with the editing process. Now, it's time to begin having fun with the marketing. I think I've just been trying too hard with it, trying to make sense of something I'm just not good at. Once upon a time, a long time ago, I did have fun telling people about my stories. I need to get back to that.
Yesterday, on Instagram and Facebook, I shared an announcement. Something huge is coming. I'll get back to that soon, giving another hint about my plans. These plans will run over to my blog. Instead of "announcing" that I have a blog published, I'm going to use Saturday as a normal day with my posts. I may mention the blog within those posts, but it won't be like it is now. This will begin in December and continue through the new year. Fun is going to be my new focus with the theme of Chaotic Organization (you'll see how that plays in soon). Of course, my motto "explore where only the mind can reach" is still a focus to my books, but it will be done in a new way, bringing everything into a new light.
For those who have come to my blog each week to see what I've shared, THANK YOU. You mean the world to me, and I can't thank you enough. But the readership isn't big enough to keep posting about it every week. I can use that time for other things. So, you're welcome to still visit these pages and read what's on my mind, but I won't be announcing it in a big way anymore like I was. New waves are still coming!
Time to get serious and have more fun! Does that make any sense? Can a person be serious and still have fun? I like to think so because that's my attempt here. Time to really get creative and show you what I can be made of--what God intended me to be. Let's hope this Amber can shine bright--not blinding, just bright enough to make the darkness disappear. Those feelings of doubt have to disappear. This battle is for you, my friend. Because you are worth it. My stories are worth it. I'm worth it.
I would love to hear your thoughts. Is there anything you'd like to see coming this way in our future? Any topics left unsaid? More of something and less than another? Your feedback would mean the world to me. Thank you!
